These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Wedding Vault mobile application and related services ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
My Wedding Vault helps you plan your wedding by keeping your suppliers, guests, checklist, to-do list, schedule and inspiration photos in one place. By default your data is stored on your device; an optional "Vault" feature lets you sync text-based planning data between two devices. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wedding planning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
Vault sync is provided as an optional convenience feature. We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You should not rely on the vault as your only copy of important information — data also remains on your device.
Because your data is stored primarily on your device, deleting the app or clearing its data will remove that data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data stored on your device.
The app, including its design, branding and content (excluding your own content), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The app is a planning aid — we are not responsible for your arrangements with venues, suppliers or other third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access to the Vault sync service if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and how. It forms part of these Terms.
